You represent that you have the necessary rights to grant this license.

You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of your content. You must ensure that your content does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

NextSaas is not liable for delays, failures, or loss resulting from events beyond our reasonable control.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. NextSaas does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextSaas and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Services.

In no event will the aggregate liability of NextSaas for all claims related to the Services exceed the greater of one hundred (100) U.S. dollars or the amounts you paid to NextSaas in the six months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NextSaas, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

15. Termination
